Reverend Rick was the Director of Operation Nightwatch for twenty-eight years in Seattle, Washington. The organization provided services for folks seeking housing and basic assistance. He has been a loyal friend to Dr. Reed throughout the years, occasionally serving as a guest speaker for the Poverty in America class. He is also the author of Street Stories, a collection of narratives that share his experiences ministering to the vulnerable who lived on the streets of Seattle.
